General Conditions of Use of the outdoordata.com website
The Personal Subscriber (a natural person) and the Company Subscriber
(a legal person) named at the time of registration by means of the
subscription form agrees without reservation to comply with all
of the General Conditions of Use described hereafter, prior to subscribing
to the outdoordata.com Subscribers' Area.
The General Conditions of Use may be modified at any time by 1
Terre Net SARL, the editor of the outdoordata.com site. 1 Terre
Net SARL shall inform the Subscriber of all modifications by means
of written notice. Said notice shall be deemed effective upon reception,
where it is sent to the subscriber personally by mail or sent by
fax with acknowledgement of receipt.

Payment and terms of payment
1 Terre Net grants the Subscriber a licence to use the information
consulted on the outdoordata.com website, subject to full and complete
payment of the total amount of the subscription fee applicable on
the date of consultation, and posted on the outdoordata.com website.
The Subscriber may choose between two modes of payment:
1 – Payment by cheque made out to 1 Terre Net SARL
2 – Payment by bank identification form addressed to 1 Terre
Net SARL
The subscription contracts taken out via these General Conditions
of Use shall take effect on the date on which payment is received
for a duration of twelve (12) months, subject to any special provisions
and insofar as 1 Terre Net has sent an acknowledgement of receipt
by e-mail.
At the end of the said twelve (12)-month period the contracts shall
be automatically renewed for a period of twelve (12) months, except
in the case of notice of termination given one (1) month prior to
the contract anniversary date by one or other of the parties by
means of a letter sent by recorded delivery with acknowledgement
of receipt.

1 Terre Net grants the Subscriber a licence to use the information
consulted on the outdoordata.com website.
All data made available on the outdoordata.com Website are supplied
for general information only. In no circumstances whatsoever shall
they be construed as constituting advice of any kind whatsoever.
1 Terre Net SARL disclaims all liability for the accuracy and reliability
of the information made available on the outdoordata.com Website
in any form whatsoever.
The licence confers upon the Subscriber a user right that is:

Limited to salaried employees for the legal person
(company subscriber) |

Private for the natural person (personal subscriber). |
All networking and all redistribution, in whole or in part, by
means of any support whatsoever, and in any form whatsoever, is
strictly forbidden.
Any breach of these mandatory provisions shall cause the offending
party, and any other person responsible, to incur the civil and
criminal penalties provided for by law.
This subscription shall not transfer any right of possession in
the information contained in outdoordata.com.
Access to the Subscribers' Area is unlimited. It is available 24
hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the case of force majeure
or any other event independent of the control of 1 Terre Net SARL
and is subject to any breakdowns that may occur and any maintenance
operations that may be necessary in order to ensure the proper functioning
of the service and the material.
The personal identification details allow the subscriber to identify
himself and to connect to the outdoordata.com Subscribers' Area.
The Personal subscriber (a natural person) is entirely responsible
for the use of the personal identification details pertaining to
him.
The Subscriber undertakes to keep secret all personal identification
details pertaining to him and not to divulge them in any form whatsoever.
The Company Subscriber (a legal person) undertakes not to divulge
its identification details except to the company's salaried employees.
In the case of loss or theft of any of the identification details
pertaining to him, the Subscriber shall immediately inform 1 Terre
Net SARL of said loss or theft.
The Personal Subscriber (a natural person) and the Company Subscriber
(a legal person) undertake :

not to alter, modify, displace, withdraw or replace
the editorial contents (text and/or reproduction) of the Information, |
|
not to use the information in such a way as to violate the
rights of 1 Terre Net, nor to use said information in such a
way as constitutes infringement or unfair or prejudicial competition
with the Information,. |

to install monitoring systems to prevent any "pirating"
of the information made available on the outdoordata.com Website
and, in particular, to prevent the illegal use of any information
made available on the outdoordata.com Website and to prevent
any use of said information that is contrary to these General
Conditions of Use in any way and in any form whatsoever, |

to immediately inform 1 Terre Net of any "pirating",
as soon as it comes to his knowledge and, in particular, to
inform 1 Terre Net of any illegal or non-contractual use of
the Information made available on the outdoordata.com Website,
whatever the mode of transmission used.. |
Any attempt to use the same Subscriber Access Codes by one or more
persons who are not authorised to do so by the General Conditions
of Use shall result in the automatic termination of the subscription
contract by 1 Terre Net without prior notice.
Any dispute that may occur between the two parties concerning the
form, interpretation or execution of the subscription contract,
and which has not been settled out of court, shall be submitted
to the Courts of competent jurisdiction in Créteil, which
shall have sole jurisdiction.

Protection of privacy
The information concerning the subscriber and contained in these
General Conditions of Use and the Subscription Form may be subject
to automated processing. In accordance with the French Information
Technology and Civil Liberties Act dated 6 January 1978, the User
has the right to access to and rectification of any information
pertaining to him.
